APRIL

MARCH

New group picture on the New Seekers section home page.

The Website has just been restored following a problem with the webserver.  This follows not so long after a problem with the domain name hosts - all beyond our control and both down to 'those things which can occasionally happen'.
Hopefully, things will now settle down all round and we can look forward to an uninterrupted service.  In the meantime apologies for any inconvenience which may have been caused.

FEBRUARY

A new look for the Song Information section which now has entries for all of Peter's known recordings along with plenty of images and links to sites associated to the composers and others involved in the production of Peter's records.

AND THERE'S MORE!

Reader's Digest will be issuing a 3CD set of New Seeker Songs sometime during the summer.  It will be similar to the recent Songbook release but with a few more tracks.

Released in August, the Reader's Digest 3 CD set - The New Seekers - The Ultimate Collection, is the biggest and best compilation yet of New Seekers material to find it's way to CD and all but two tracks are from Peter Doyle's time with the group.  Sadly it is currently only available to the UK Reader's Digest membership.

Meanwhile the DVD of the Live at the Royal Albert Hall, is set for another release on the 26th June, this time there will be a few added “features” but no added songs.

ANSWERING BACK

A recent newspaper article featuring one former New Seeker included some unpleasant remarks about Peter.  He is no longer able to answer for himself, but Lyn Paul felt so strongly about this that she spoke up on Peter's behalf in the form of a message published on the Lyn Paul Website.  The message is reproduced for you here.
